Postpartum Care: A Year of Nurturing & Healing

• Immediate Postpartum Check-Ins:
  24-hour, 72-hour, and 7-day in-home visits (for families within 20 minutes of my location 33712 St. Pete). For Clients further away we will do a virtual 24 hour check in, in person visit at 72 hours & 7 days.
• 6 weeks of heart-led postpartum healing—integrating hands-on care, emotional support, and nourishment-focused guidance.
• Weekly 1-hour visits until 6 weeks postpartum (with the option to extend support up to 12 months with a discount!).
• SOS Days: Three on-call emergency support days available within the first 6 weeks postpartum—providing baby care, emotional support, meal preparation, or household assistance when you need it most. Your 3 SOS days are 3 hours long!
