A safe space to move, feel, and come back to you.
This gentle movement practice is designed for mothers in the thick of motherhood—navigating the weight of responsibility, the beauty of love, and the challenges that often come with limited support. Many of my clients are mothering without a strong village—balancing life with difficult partners, toxic family ties, or the emotional labor of doing it all.
In this class, you are not expected to be “on.” You are invited to be.
Through slow, grounded movement, breath, and presence, we release shame, reconnect with our hearts, and rebuild the bridge to our intuition and authenticity. This practice helps soften the armor we’ve had to build while mothering in hard circumstances—and strengthens our ability to listen to ourselves, trust our inner voice, and move through the world with more clarity and compassion.
We focus on heart-centered movement that enhances emotional regulation, nervous system healing, and inner safety. There’s no choreography, no performance—just real, healing movement for real, whole mothers.
Private sessions available in-home or at Pregnancy Treasures in St. Petersburg, FL. Babies and children are welcome to be close by.
