A gentle return to your body. A quiet invitation to feel, release, and reconnect.

This session is for postpartum mothers who want to keep movement as part of their healing—not as a workout, but as a way back home to themselves. These guided movements are close to the ground, slow, and intentional—designed to be grounding while gently stimulating blood flow, releasing tension, and supporting recovery.

My postpartum moving meditation sessions aren't fitness-based. They’re centered around you—your emotional landscape, your physical needs, and your desire to reconnect with your body after the immense transformation of birth. We explore movements that enhance heart-brain coherence, helping you re-inhabit your body with compassion and presence.

This practice is also about strengthening your intuitive voice—helping you sense and speak your needs clearly, and increasing your awareness of the people, spaces, and rhythms that feel safe for you and your baby.

Whether you join with your baby in arms or take this time just for yourself, this space is for softening into the new, re-regulating your nervous system, and building oxytocin through presence and connection. It’s a practice that gently reduces cortisol and invites a deeper sense of peace—within yourself and within community.

All levels welcome. Movements are adaptable to how you're feeling that day. Babies always welcome.
