Prenatal Moving Meditation (2 hours)

The BEST way to prepare for your birth is to prepare your body. Becoming familiar with dynamic movement whilst pregnant. We add breath and sound to movement to full embody our innate wisdom.

During your 2 hour, private, in-home session with me, you will be introduced to the elements of Heart Brain Birth. This includes:

-Movement

-Meditation

-Sound

We will begin with background information as to how I have discovered these elements are helpful during the birthing process. The embodiment of research outside of birth as to why these elements of my methods work.

We then begin the movement portion of the visit. Movements are mindful and repetitive, meant to create more openness within the body which comes with a sense of safety, decreased discomfort during the 3rd trimester and greater birth readiness.

You can expect touch and massage as I feel the story your body is telling. What your body may be ready to release pre-birth and what can cause restriction and tension during birth.

Our prenatal sessions together allow me to get to know you on an energetic level before you are birthing your sweet baby, that way, I can meet you where you are from the moment I join you in labor.

Important to note: During movement sessions useful information is often shared as it pertains to movement meditation and its benefits for birth. However, this session is not for birth education or birth preferences planning. Thank you for understanding.
